Tokens
I recommend using Dairi’s alphes-style portraits of characters for your campaign’s tokens. They are supposedly allowed for non-commercial use.

- Search tags
dairi alphes_(style)on imageboard site of your choice (such as gelbooru.com). - Use tool like https://rolladvantage.com/tokenstamp/ to crop portraits into round tokens.
Another option is using pixel sprites by Majstek (https://reale-ly.itch.io/touhou-mini-pack) - Free to use, all Windows-era character, non-commercial non-nsfw usage is allowed.
You can also get portraits from games such as Mystia’s Izakaya (cute pixel art) or Touhou Puppet Dance Performance (pixel sprites or non-pixel portraits), though I cannot advise on legality of reusing them (most likely, personal use if you own a copy of the game is fine).
Music
Official music from games and Drama CD releases is a given, but you can also consider:
- https://crescentia.bandcamp.com/music - Orchestral arrangements of Touhou music. 0$+.
CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 - https://ssbbmaster.bandcamp.com/music - Orchestral/Symphonic Metal arrangements. 0$+.
All Rights Reserved. - https://tabletopaudio.com/ - Generic ambience and music for TTRPGs.
CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 - https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/26151/ - Mystia’s Izakaya OST. A lot of peaceful touhou-themed music, though it’s pricey, 19,04€ including the game.
All Rights Reserved.
Maps
- https://2minutetabletop.com/gallery/ - Generic TTRPG maps. 0$+.
CC BY-NC 4.0 - [https://www.patreon.com/posts/120507908 (requires Patreon login) - Hakurei Shrine map.

Background illustrations from Touhou fighting games and Touhou Lost Word may be a good replacement for non-battle scenes in online play (again, I cannot advise on legality of using them).
Character Sheet
Currently, there isn’t a separate character sheet to use. Any D&D 5e or D&D 5.5e Character Sheet should do, but here are some recommendations:
- Official character sheets, availible to download at https://www.dndbeyond.com/resources/1779-d-d-character-sheets.
- https://charsheet.derikbadman.com/ open source interactive web character sheet.
- Your VTT, such as Roll20, may have a character sheet built in.
